Routine Inspections for Rental Sites

Whilst a good tenant can be invaluable, it is in your best interests to ensure that your valuable property to maintained in the best condition.  Upon receiving prior approval from both yourself and the tenant, we will make routine, pre-scheduled visits to your site to ensure that it is maintained and well cared for.  This will include (and is not limited to) inspection of the kitchen, bathrooms, general cleanliness, yard maintenance and if routine maintenance is being carried out.  A report will then be generated for your action.  (We recommend that should this service be required, that a clause to this effect is included in your Lease Agreement).
