Scheduled Services
Agreed in advance with you, our client, scheduled services includes work carried out in an automatic and periodic way. This is particularly useful for those residing overseas whilst owning and maintaining a property in Sri Lanka. These services include (but are not limited to):
- Routine cleaning and maintenance
- Utility payments (water, electricity, telephone, club membership)
- Other payments (property taxes, apartment service charges etc.)
- Equipment maintenance (air-conditioners, swimming pools, electrical appliances)
- Collecting and attending to mail
- Yard and pool maintenance
- Fixing broken appliances, fixtures and fittings – for an additional fee
- Collection of rent payments
